Aptoz was founded in 2017 by four Icelandic aviation specialists with a combined 75 years of experience in aircraft modification and configuration. Today, with more than twelve full‑time employees and highly skilled Compliance Verification Engineers, we hold a broad approval scope and deliver complex structural, electrical, avionics and interior modifications with confidence.
Our mission is to innovate how aircraft modifications are designed and delivered. We embrace lean principles in both engineering and decision‑making, and we have integrated Scrum sprints into our workflow to drive efficiency, transparency, and continuous improvement.
We aim to widen employment opportunities in aircraft engineering by continuously pushing the boundaries. We excel at managing large programs and repairs. We enjoy taking on tasks that might interfere with your regular business operations. Some programs are better left to the experts, so you can focus on what you do best.
